Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
For a reservation to be valid, a deposit for $150 must be received along with a signed reservation agreement.
- Please make your check payable to the Berry Hill Estates HOA.
- Prior to the reservation date, turn in your check and signed agreement to Matt & Angela Ernst (address listed in agreement document).
- If you already have a signed agreement and deposit check on file, you may skip the above steps when making additional reservations.
