Welcome to Berry Hill Estates. We are a quiet, unique neighborhood with first class amenities just five miles north of Moores Mill Road off Winchester Road. From a modest beginning of a few homes along the Flint River in 1998, Berry Hill Estates is now home to 135 families. Association amenities include a spacious, tastefully furnished club house complete with a huge pool and kiddie pool. There is also a private park with a pavilion, fireplace, and canoe launch on the Flint River.
The Flint is a Class 1 river that is float-able nearly year round. A public canoe launch area at the bridge just off Oscar Patterson Road is approximately four and a half river miles north of Berry Hill Estates. There are no fewer than 12 species of fish in the Flint River including large mouth and small mouth bass.
